“FULCRUM” will follow up on your request within a period of 20 (twenty) business days from the receipt of said request with the complete documentation, to inform you if it proceeded or not, and will have a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) business days to grant you access to your personal information, carry out its rectification, carry out the necessary steps to cancel your personal data, or end the use of these.
